I noticed the concise and helpful "Corante recommends" that you did for "Term Sheets & Valuations - An Inside Look at the Intricacies of Term Sheets & Valuations."   I believe your readers would also appreciate a "Corante recommends" for our popular book for entrepreneurs:

"Engineering Your Start-Up: A Guide for the High-Tech Entrepreneur," by
James A. Swanson and Michael L. Baird.
All new 2nd edition (September 26, 2003).
See http://eysu.org/

It's also newsworthy that an on-line version of the entire just-released book appears on the above site. You'll also see a foreword by Guy Kawasaki.

Our publisher is Professional Publications, Inc. in Belmont, CA. www.ppi2pass.com/EYSU2.html

Please let me know if you need any additional information. Thanks for your consideration.
